Helen Rochford-Brennan and Moira Jenkins co-authored a chapter entitled ‘Travel and dementia: one story, many rights.’ in the project’s edited collection Global Perspectives on Legal Capacity Reform: Our Voices, Our Stories. In this chapter Helen shares her experience of travelling as a dementia advocate via air, rail and road and Moira documents its interaction with the UN Convention of Rights of Persons with Disabilities and suggests areas for reform.
