Project exhibition celebrates the completion of the project and the publication of our edited collection.

 

The VOICES exhibition took place between the 22nd and the 24th October 2018 at the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission.

The exhibition celebrated the completion of the VOICES project and the publication of the edited collection entitled, ‘Global Perspectives on Legal Capacity Reform: Our Voices, Our Stories.’

 

The exhibition presented a poster and object from each of the chapters of the edited collection, and advocated for change in relation to the right to legal capacity for people with disabilities.

Discovery Pens were made available for access.

The VOICES exhibition will also run in Galway at the Institute for Lifecourse and Society, NUI Galway between the 29th November and the 5th December 2018.

There will be a celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities at the exhibition on the 3rd December 2018 at 1pm. If you wish to attend the celebration on the 3rd December 2018 please RSVP via Eventbrite here.
